Terms of Use
Navo · Effective October 25, 2026
Navo is a private, invite-only AI assistant. By using it you agree to these simple rules.
1. A private app
- Accounts are by invitation only. Your account is for you: don't share your login or invite link.
- The admin who invited you runs the app. They can set a monthly usage limit on your account, and can disable or delete accounts.
2. What the assistant does
- It uses AI services (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok) and a cloud web browser to do tasks you ask for, such as searching, booking, shopping, reminders, and reading your Google calendar, email, files and contacts if you connect them.
- AI can make mistakes. Check important details (prices, dates, amounts, addresses) before you approve anything.
- It always asks for your OK before it pays, sends a message or email, changes your calendar, or deletes something. You are responsible for what you approve.
3. Fair use
- Don't use Navo for anything illegal, to harm or harass anyone, to send spam, or to get into accounts that aren't yours.
- Only connect accounts and websites that belong to you, and follow those websites' own rules.
4. Your data
Your chats, memory, files and connections belong to your account only. How data is stored and protected is explained in the Privacy Policy. You can ask the admin to delete your account and all its data at any time.
5. No guarantees
Navo is provided "as is", for personal use, with no guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. The admin isn't responsible for losses caused by AI mistakes, by websites or services the assistant uses, or by actions you approved.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
